US CITIZENS residing in Saipan
PERMANENT RESIDENTS residing in Saipan
FREELY ASSOCIATED STATES (FAS) residing in Saipan with Valid Passport, Birth Certificate.
- Republic of Palau
- Republic of the Marshall Islands
- Federated States of Micronesia
Documents needed to receive an Id can be either one of these:
1. Certified copy of Birth Certificate (if Married Need Marriage License)
2. Valid Passport (US, or from any of the FAS)
3. Valid Permanent Resident Card with Valid Passport
4. Voters Card
Price:
Minor (below 18 yrs) and Senior Citizens 55 yrs & above $7.00
Disable (Proof of disability or letter from a Doctor) $7.00
Between (18 yrs-54 yrs $15.00)
