Registration
The Office of the Mayor of Saipan is authorized under Saipan Local Law 9-12 to adopt rules and regulations for the control and licensing of dogs. All dogs over 4 months of age must be registered if they have not been issued a license tag, or their current license has expired. Below is a list of current license fees

**Senior Citizens must own an altered dog to qualify for the discounted fee.

Division of Tax and Revenue-Dan Dan (Joeten Building)

Please bring your receipt to the Office of the Mayor of Saipan.
